The pursuer was the first tough boss for me in Dark Souls 2. It took me about 12 attempts. After the first very inferior attempts, the weapon was polished up and something was invested in strength and adaptability. Then, after two more attempts, it finally worked 🙂
Why only in 720p? Because Geforce Experience updated itself and set all settings back to default without announcing it 🙁
