15 – I’m clearing out Revelation Depths now

I’m unhappy with my playstyle, I feel like I’m not playing like an umbral wizard but more like a fighter with spell affinity. I’ve already invested so many points in Inferno and Radiance that I’m thinking about how I could become more spell-heavy.
My biggest problem as a wizard is my mana, so I’ve been looking around at trinkets and thought I’d try the amulet where you have infinite mana but less damage.
After that I tried to move away from my poison tree a bit and go more in the direction of umbral magic.
The first tests were promising, but in the initial area everything topples when I just cough.
So I thought okay, let’s test it in the Revelation Depths.
The tests were more than positive, it went so well that I was able to eliminate every mob in the Depths. The success let me deal with the burning shells. I realised that there are three types of shells, firstly the skeleton holds them down between the legs, then in the middle between the knees and then again high above the head. Unfortunately I couldn’t make any sense of it and I had a quick look on the net – shame on me.
It said that you can make the Putrid Mother gesture in front of these altars and a sound will be heard.
I didn’t read any more, because I wanted to do the puzzle myself, I love puzzles. There were three different sounds, three different gestures, and from then on it was clear what I had to do. Find the right skeleton for each sound.
At the end there was an umbra armour, how fitting… Unfortunately it is very heavy, I’m not sure if I will or should really wear it. I’m looking for an armour for medium weight without having to wear a ring to reduce the weight. I also think the lighter the armour, the better the stamina regeneration.
In any case, it was nice, there could be more things like this. It’s just stupid that the mobs in the Revelation Depths normally stop you from doing it. This was a good opportunity because I cleared the Depths as a skill test.
