A.I.D. Command actually went quite well. The only thing that annoyed me a bit were the enemies that split up and often several times. But the big surprise awaited me at the end of the hospital – Major General Ezra Shields.
Whew… that was the first boss that was a tough nut to crack with my playing style and heavy duty weapon. On the first run with a hammer it was really no problem, but now, with me life, more damage and a slower weapon it really wasn’t easy for me.
I spent a whole hour on him, sure there are bosses in Dark Souls that take longer to get to know, but this one was really challenging for The Surge 2 so far. But I never had the feeling that I couldn’t do it, actually a good difficulty level. It just would have been nice if it had something nice about it…. preferably a heavy duty type weapon.
I also modified my equipment slightly at the end and put on a mix of the dark archangel set, because I get life with it when I do nano damage and three pieces from the rhino set so that my charged attacks hit harder. This worked quite well, but it’s not for the long run because nano enemies resist the weapon with nano damage well.
