The fight with the dancer was once again the highlight. I have cut the video a bit in that case. It took me a good 10 attempts in total. My main problem is always that she becomes much more unpredictable for me from the halfway point with the second dagger. I wanted to defeat her purely as a melee fighter, but then I find it hard to classify her attacks.
I can’t tell when the dancer is doing her combo or when she’s completely freaking out and chasing you at lightning speed. There are certainly signs or omens for this. In retrospect, I also thought about paying a lot of attention to visual signs, but she also whispers a lot. Maybe you can recognise more there. The next battle is coming soon, I still have a few characters who have to be brought forward until Lothric.
The annoying thing about the fight is that it takes so long to get back to the problematic spot (half the HP of the boss). You have to run up the stairs, then knock half of them down to somehow study their new movement. The thing with the bow was kind of a “I don’t feel like it anymore” thing. I’d like to be able to study just the second part of her. Unfortunately there is no bestiary with ring to really concentrate on the fight outside the story. I would like to see something like that for Dark Souls 4.
