NG+2 – It doesn’t really get harder. Due to the strong weapon scaling with the level, the increasing HP, stamina and focus, it is actually always easier.
I looked up other people on YouTube and discovered many who boast of laying any bosses with NG+7. Yes, do it, level 1 and weapon level 1 then it would really be an achievement. But with weapons at max level and an HP pool that makes bosses jealous, it’s really no problem.
In this example I’m demonstrating exactly this circumstance with NG+2, I have no shield and no particularly epic weapons. Margott is really no problem, although the guy really has something to offer.
You just walk over him normally, just like the other bosses. I had hoped to increase the difficulty with NG+ to get more involved with the bosses, but unfortunately that’s not possible so far. They fall too quickly, tactics are not necessary. It’s a pity really.
The fight was even slightly challenging because Pugatos uses whips. If he had a big two-handed weapon (regardless of whether it was a sword, hammer, axe etc.) the whole thing would be even easier. As they have a lot of power and even better war ashes.
