001 – From Asylum to Bell Gargoyles

Gary was very familiar with the spear. His favorite weapon also fell into his hands in the graveyard. Now it’s time to head for the bell tower. The spear is not necessarily the weapon that immediately stands out with high damage, but the range makes up for it.
After Gary left the Undead Asylum by a lucky circumstance, he didn’t think twice and explored the Undead Settlement. Unfortunately, he didn’t meet any friends there, but he manages quite well. It’s time to refresh the old fighting skills, he has no other choice.
The blacksmith André seems to be a nice guy, he also helped Gary to make his spear fit for the first big fight against the Bell Gargoyles.

OOC: After the many hours of Elden Ring and Dark Souls 3, I really wanted to play the part that started my addiction. Dark Souls is always something special, even if there is no huge world and the graphics are already very outdated today. That’s how it was back then, I’m sure in 2012 it actually looked quite pretty. I haven’t played a spearman before in Dark Souls, I didn’t discover my fondness for halberds and spears until Elden Ring. So let’s see how it goes in Dark Souls… PS: I miss dual wield.
