The short range of the mace sometimes makes life difficult for me. At the moment I try to cast more, which is difficult, especially with fast opponents. If you surprise them, it’s good for the first cast, but then you have a problem. The shield only holds 2-3 blows and then it becomes difficult. I’m currently toying with the Saint Bident Spear. Is the four points in Dex still worth it?
