But let’s stay with the lost lands, how can I as a mage on a horse defeat a black rider with spells in such a cramped space? I am very dissatisfied with the current solution, but I could hardly think of anything else. Now, in retrospect, I thought, hmm… you have a shield, maybe get off the horse and try to block with the shield until you have a chance to cast a spell. On the other hand, my poise is so low, it knocks me out of my stance with the second blow at the latest and I start to stagger.
