I think without a hint from outside I would never have discovered this snowy area. I wouldn’t have thought of going back to the lift with the medailon. But it’s nice that there’s still something to do, it would have been a shame if only the final boss was waiting for you. I’m also avoiding the final battle a bit, I don’t want the game to be over yet.
