It stuck with me, I wanted to know if Single Rigged was really that much harder to play. So new char and this time the spear, I actually wanted to use the spear last time with Char 02, but thought hey, Single Rigged is a totally different type of weapon. Next time I’d better listen to my intuition.
But back to my new young lady, this time armed with a spear. So far I have to say… wow… so much easier and more fun. I don’t think I’ve died once so far and it’s fun. The range is remarkable and the speed. I think this time I’ll play more like an assassin, attacking from behind and staying as agile as possible.
The way through the city has been very relaxed so far, but it has to be said that my parrying skills have also improved considerably. Next stop – Seaside Court. From there, on towards the harbor.
I’m curious to see what downsides the spear still has, at the beginning it’s still quite relaxed with any weapon.
