Edgar, a simple soldier with spear and shield, carves his way through Limgrave, clearing Fort Haight and claiming a reward he barely cares about. Armed with nothing but stubbornness and questionable decision-making, he challenges caves, demi-humans, and even a massive bear that probably should have been avoided.
Between poor tactics, repeated deaths, and the occasional moment of surprising competence, Edgar slowly begins to prove he might survive after all. A brutal encounter with the Tree Sentinel pushes him to his limits, where luck, persistence, and just enough skill finally turn the tide.
