Time for Own Descisions

Alistair has had enough, so many things that don’t fit together. Then you constantly want to force him to do things that don’t interest him or go against his logic. He now turns the tables, he does the opposite of what is demanded. He is curious to see how the world and existence around him will change. No sooner had he made this decision than the woman in black appeared and told him not to go down into the crypt and touch the fenzied flame.

Alistair is a man of action and therefore, in order to remain true to his principles, he goes straight down into the crypt and has nothing better to do than touch the frenzied flame.
The woman had disappeared, but he knows that before he approached the flame, she was still talking about him accompanying her to the summit of the Mountains of Giants.
Alistair thought, well, I’ll probably meet her there. We will see where we go from here.
Before he could approach the crucible, he spent the night in a dilapidated church, already within sight of the giant crucible.

He looked at his equipment and his weapons. His favourite piece has always been the torchpole. He was often underestimated with it and his comrades made fun of him. However, he was extremely skilled in using the torchpole. This made him think… what is better than a torchpole if you don’t want to use spears, lances or swords? That’s right, a second torchpole. The strange shards of grace made it easy to travel through the country, so he visited Storm Veil Castle once more to help himself in the armoury there, somewhere there were still torches and torchpoles.
