I had one more little thing to do in the Forest of Giants, then I could set off in the direction of Heide’s Tower of Flame. It is really beautiful here, the eternal sunset invites you to linger. You want to put your foot in the sea and relax in the wind. Unfortunately, there are still knights, dragons and dragon riders. A short excursion… but it was scenically pleasant.
I also found a new shield, it’s really good for parrying, unfortunately I still lack the appropriate skill (both from Jackwood and from me). But I think we’ll work on that. I was also able to find a few miracles, but unfortunately I need a bit more faith for them. But we’ll manage that. Combat is really a bit more complicated and difficult here. It sometimes feels more like strategy than action, but it’s Dark Souls 2 – you enjoy the environment more here.
