Sometimes, it’s worth casting a glance back – into the abyss, naturally. I’ve made a delightful discovery in the Colosseum: you can actually challenge defeated bosses to duel again. Finally. The chance to kill them over and over, testing new weapons and builds. What a gift. And the best part? You get the souls back… and the boss’s soul too, as if they’re begging, ‘Please, kill me one more time.’
Naturally, I seized this opportunity to sharpen my pitiful stats. Vitality and Attunement could use a bit more… substance. So, I went straight for Vordt. As expected, he was no real threat. A lumbering beast too stupid to realize he’s already dead. But the Crystal Sage… now, that old fool caught me off guard. I took him too lightly, and lost a ‘few’ souls in the process. But nothing a necromancer can’t balance again.
It was almost… enjoyable. Even though I’m still at the beginning of my dark journey. With my hammer, dagger, and skeleton staff, I may seem clumsy for now – but that will change. Power grows, just like death itself. Soon, I won’t just guide the living fools. I’ll lead the dead in a dance they’ll never forget. Yes, this has only just begun…
