The Tuileries – or finally the centre of Paris. We slowly make our way into the artists’ quarter. I don’t know my way around Paris, especially not the Paris of 1789, but I like what I see. With hammer and porcelain doll, we iron our way through alchemy-strengthened iron ovens. What I’m already noticing… the variety of enemies is somewhat limited so far, but who knows what’s to come. I’m currently travelling in the area around the Louvre and, of course, in the Louvre itself. It’s really beautiful here, even if the actual Louvre doesn’t have much in common with the version shown here.
Another thing I’ve noticed… the Bodyguard class really plays more smoothly than the Alchemist. The only thing I always have respect for is boss fights. With the Alchemist it’s rather the other way round, boss fights can be handled well by freezing, while the trash mobs on the street often kill me.
Although I’m now making good progress in Tueleries and it feels like I’m going fast, there’s no end to the area. In contrast, all the previous areas were small. That’s why I’ve made a small cut here, it could be that I’m almost directly in front of the area boss, but I have the feeling that there’s still a lot to do here. So many doors and gates are still unopened.
