As soon as I arrive in the Rhogar Realm again, a colossus blocks my path and it is not only big and strong but also quite fast. It has two large swords in its hands and it knows how to use them. It seems that Adyr is now throwing everything into the ring to stop me.
That’s quite a chunk. You can’t get too far away from him, otherwise he’ll run towards you or start activating his flame pots all the time. The best position seems to be behind him, but not too close, every touch of his swords, no matter how small, staggers you immediately.
I found it best to strike when he kicks or when he has finished his combo and had his back to me for a moment. But what was really annoying is that a mistake is immediately punished with death. Once you get into his combo, it’s rarely possible to get out of it. It’s a bit of a waiting game, because he has a large life scale.
Of course he was more difficult, but no comparison to bosses like Dark Souls III. But he was more challenging than the others before, because even if you know his patterns you have to be very careful.
