The next class on Lords of the Fallen I want to try out is the Pyric Cultist. The classic pyromancer is also a must in Lords of the Fallen. I have to say, he’s more difficult than I expected. At the beginning I still thought… oh, he does good damage at range and can also hold his own in close combat. Then I realised that some enemies have very good fire resistance. On the first boss I couldn’t get any further with my fire spell. I could hardly do any damage. Of course, that’s stupid because the fire spell is his main job.
Let’s see, maybe he’ll be interesting later on and there won’t be so many enemies with fire resistance. But what I find very annoying is that I have to constantly switch between lamp and spells. As I’m not yet practised, I sometimes want to get at the enemy with my blue death lamp… which of course they find rather funny. But with a bit of development it could be an interesting class.
